Total Commander

I appreciate the very good idea of `IgnoreDirErrors=1`. It makes my life with lots of tabs much easier.
Though after hibernation, the active tab jumps to C:\ if the regarding drive is not available (yet).
My external self encrypting SSD cannot be accessed until it is unlocked again.

Does this happen with locked tabs too? TC still jumps to C:\ even with IgnoreDirErrors=1 when a drive is inaccessible, but it should stay there on locked tabs.
