Acrobat Reader does not start within TC.

Acrobat Reader (version 19.8.20071.41678) starts from desktop. When I use the explorer and double click on a pdf file the reader starts with that pdf. But when I click within TC (64 bits version) on a pdf file I see in the process monitor that AcroRD32 is active but no window with the file is opened.

Windows logfile shows (in Dutch) this error:
Kan activeringscontext voor 'C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\amd64_microsoft.vc80.mfc_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.762_none_c46a533c8a667ee7\MFC80U.DLL' niet maken. Kan afhankelijke assembly Microsoft.VC80.MFCLOC,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50608.0" niet vinden. Gebruik sxstrace.exe voor een gedetailleerde diagnose.

It says the the source is SidebySide and the event-id is 33.
With other file types I did not encounter any problem to open them in TC.
It also appeared that when I open the desktop in a TC panel and I click on the Acrobat Reader link, the same error appears. The reader starts, but no window opens and the same entry is in the Windows logfile.

have you searched this forum for similar issues for to find a solution for your problem?

I assumed it was due to version 9.22 because before that version I had no problem and I did not change any setting. I Saw the options there and the problem can be closed.
