What about Goanna plugin for Total Commander?

Post by *ant »

Can somebody create a HTML lister plugin for Total Commander, based on Goanna engine?
There is a WebView viewer, that was based on Gecko engine, but it is too old -- of the year 2005. http://totalcmd.net/plugring/webview.html
I would like to have such for the sake of MathML viewing in HTMLs in Total Commander.

It is apparently IE's Trident rendering engine, that's the point. Only Gecko (Goanna) renders MathML.
An interested programmer is needed, to take an open-source engine and to shove into DLL for TC.

only Chrome 24 had MathML support, afterwards it was removed. "Oracle Outside In Viewer" which is necessary for uLister, does not support MathML, according to the Developer’s Guide. Nevetheless, if no programmer is interested in MathML in HTML-lister, that's okay.

Well, I did browse the Wikipedia page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MathML#Browser_support
It seems that you should try HTMLView with MathPlayer plugin installed (32-bit only): http://www.dessci.com/en/products/mathplayer/download.htm
