How can TC directly delete files in "Synchronize Dirs..."?

Hello, When synchronizing local folder with MS OneDrive folder using TC's sync function and when a file is deleted do not delete it directly but move it to recycle bin.
This is quite time consuming with a large file. So how to TC delete files directly?
Any advice? Thanks!

Take a look into the Options > Copy/Delete > [x]Use Explorer

The option suggested by Stefan2 isn't used in the sync function.

To delete directly in sync, hold down Shift either when clicking on the Synchronize button on the right side of the dialog, or when confirming the copying dialog shown by that button.
