[bug] right alt key stops working

After using key combinations Alt+Shift+Enter and Alt+F7 several (?) times with the right alt key, it just stops responding. The shortcut still works if I hit the left Alt key though. The only remedy I found for this is to restart TC.

The above mentioned Alt key combinations are the ones I use most frequently, the right Alt key might stop responding in other combinations too.

I've encountered this on TC v6.03, 6.55 and the latest release also.
I have not used every version of TC, but I keep having this problem on multiple pc-s, win2k and xp too.

I can't reproduce this bug at will, it just comes whenever I least expect it
I don't know if it's been discussed or reported before.

This could be a problem with switching the keyboard input locale (keyboard language). This is done either with LeftAlt+Shift or RightAlt+Shift. In some languages, the right Alt key acts as Ctrl+Alt, so when you switch to this langauge by accident, the right Alt key will behave differently...

Same problem!
RIGHTALT+ENTER not works any more (after years of correct work), only LEFTALT+ENTER
Language bar switch by LEFTALT+SHIFT!

Quick resolution:
Change keyboard from "United States-international" to only "US" in "English (United States) in Preferred languages in Windows 10
