[FEATURE REQUEST] Close to system tray

Hi!

Is it possible to make TC minimize to system tray when you click che close button in the corner?
So that it will be always ready when needed.

Not directly. You can tell TC to always minimize to system tray, via menu Configuration - Options - Operation.
You can also tell it to not exit on close, via wincmd.ini:

MinimizeOnClose=0
Minimize main window instead of closing it. Sum of:
1: when clicking on [X] button
2: On Alt+F4 keyboard shortcut
4: Click on function key button "Alt+F4 Exit"
Note: Shift key or using menu option Files -> Quit forces close

It is: Configuration > Options > Operation section > Check Move icon to system tray when minimized

But you can configure better modifying the MinimizeOnClose parameter in configuration file wincmd.ini as Mr Ghisler suggested.

"Move icon to system tray when minimized" is not the same as "Move icon to system tray when closed".

Yes, I need it to stay open and ready all day long! But I'm too used to the close button

Perhaps, for those of us who need to run TC permanently, there should be in configuration window a kind of
Configuration > Options > Operation section > Move icon to system tray when closed
as defined in wincmd.ini by MinimizeOnClose=7
