I have been experiencing this issue for a while. Restarting the PC doesn't fix it.
I have also tried the workarounds mentioned above, nothing helped.

For more context, I'm running Total Commander 11.51 x64 on Windows 10 version 22H2.
Configuration > Options opens quickly (less than 1s).

Configuration > Options opens slowly when using TC 32-bit on 64-bit Windows. This is a Windows bug, it was still fast on e.g. Windows XP. It's probably a theming problem.

I cannot reproduce the slow opening of the search dialog so far, sorry.

The same here.
Alt-F7 opens fast in x86 and x64.

The Options take about 3 seconds in the x86 version.
This is nothing I complain because
I almost never use the x86 Options dialog in my combined TC installation
and 3 seconds are fast enough.

For me opening both the "Find Files" and the "Configuration" dialogs takes ½-1 sec - both for 32bit and 64bit TC on Windows XP, 7, 8.1 and 10.

The Plugins tab in Find Files takes 1-1½ sec to open, if only one plugin chosen, but up to 2-2½ sec if several plugins are chosen.

My Windows 10 computer is a 12 years old, very slow, laptop with an AMD E2-1800 APU processor. and even on this, it only takes 1 second to open Find Files.

So my impression is that those people who experience slow loading of these dialogs, must have something else in their Windows that is causing this, something that is not PC/processor related - unless it is only Windows 11 users that has problems, I cannot test Windows 11.

On my Windows 10 computer the standalone version (Alt+Shift+F7) seems to be about ¼ sec. slower to open.

How do you measure a quarter of a second?
With a video?

I don't measure it - that is why I write about ¼ sec.

I made a video where you can see the slight difference in loading time: https://tcmd.madsenworld.dk/FindFiles.mp4 - in this video it looks like it is a bigger difference than ¼ sec.

Thanks for the info!

This is what I see here (video on OneDrive):

(Windows Defender > Windows Security > Without Exclusions).

Details above.

I have now tried to check your video and my video (on my PC and not on the Internet)
with FastStone Video Editor regarding the execution time in Total Commander.

Here are the results:
