Future Projects?

Post by *Munango-Keewati »

Anyone know if Christian is planning to expand into other software areas?

"Total E-Mail" has a nice ring, and I'd sure like to find a small, powerful, feature-rich email program with powerful filtering and on-going support. (I've been using PMMail for eight years or so, but the two college kids who created it sold out and the new company hasn't been very successful in keeping it up to date.)

Anybody want to second this suggestion to Christian?

Did you try The Bat? If not have a look, it's a fairly good email client.

Cheers.

I've read reviews of it, and from them it appears to lack PMMail's intuitive interface and ease of use.

I may take a closer look eventually, but I'd really rather see what a loan genius like Christian can come up with.

"Total Mail"--sounds good!

I'd rather have Christian stay with TC. Just look at all the work connected to it - the support, the forum, the webpage, the 16-bit version, the 32-bit version, the CE version, the plugin testing... I mean, do you really think Christian would have time to program something else?

BTW: The Bat! is the easiest and most straight-forward mail client I've seen...

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Yeah. I'm planning on writing some( donno yet) plug-ins for TC. Anything that would make writing plugins easier would be awesome.

Currently I don't have any plans to write a mail program. Reason: It would take years to reach the state of perfection of current mail clients like the bat (or what I use: akmail).
