Simple Question -> Pausing

First i would like to say -> Total Commander = AWESOME!!

Now my question : Is there a way to pause a copy / move of files.

I searched the help etc.. but can't find anything :)

In the Copy window press Background, then Pause.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Ah yes duh i must be blind :) .. so that's only possible with copying / moving in the background. Not in the main window ?

No, that wouldn't make much sense.

Well, if you want to perform another function with TCmd, you could say that but if you want to run another program which uses the HDD very much, it would make some sense. The important thing is that the pause function exists though. I just wish it existed in more tasks (i.e. more than one zip file verification). Let's see if v6 will surprise us... ;)

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3
x64: Clients/Servers from Win7 to Win11 and Win2K12Srv to Win2K22Srv, mainly Win10 though.
