Bug when deleting file(s): Changes directory

Post by *Gingo »

Forgive me if this has been brought up before, but I couldn't find it.

Sometimes when I delete a file (always with Shift-Del) TC changes the displayed directory to the one in the other panel. For example: Left panel shows H:/, Right shows D:/stuff/. In the right panel I shift-delete a file, which causes it to show H:/ in both panels. This only happens sometimes, and I don't know what might cause it. Has someone else experienced this?

I'm on W2K SP3.

I haven't seen this yet (I'm using Win2k myself), so if you find a pattern of when it happens, please let me know!

So far I've seen no pattern, but I'll keep a closer watch. My problem is of course that I've got lots of programs running in the background, so if it's one of them it's hard to find out which.
