No, it wouldn't be difficult, I'm using owner-drawn listboxes. I had planned thumbnails for this year, but unfortunately the GIF/LZW patent only expires next year in Europe, so I have to wait another year, sorry.A thumbnail mode would probably be difficult to implement in a Listbox...

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll continue to use 3rd party tools (including explorer) for thumbnails, but I look forward to abandoning them in favor of TC.
Perhaps the extra time will mean something special in your implementation? Perhaps innovative ways of arranging the thumbnails in the file panel? It would be great to be able to position thumbnails anywhere in the panel and have them "stay" there.
Sorry to have shouted so loudly about thumbnails in the forum (I want/need them that badly) but I'll be quiet now, looking forward...
