TC-internal commands (cm_...)

Post by *mirosnik »

All,

How can I invoke a command, say cm_Lister, from outside of Total Commander?

Thank you,
Igor

Lister comes as a stand-alone. I guess that the other functions depend on TC to be running. Personally, I would like the searcher to be external, too. A really clever script writer could maybe create a .ini file through which to start a second TC with the desired command ready in a menu.

Well... you can't, that's why they are called INTERNAL commands. ;)

Any way, I have asked for scripting and macro support for TC on another thread that when (if) it's implemented might be applied in a manner that may allow an outside invocation.

But this will require quite a work.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
