Hi,
To archive every week the old files, I need duplicate all the subfolder's structure in another unit, and then move to it, from source, the old files, selected by date and/or archive attribute.
It will very useful to add to Synchronize window, some options like "Advanced Search" in order to select synchronized files.

A good solution for me (I need to copy only the latest files) is using TreeCopy plugin.
How it works for me:
- In the source panel I go to the Branch view (Ctrl+B)
- Use "Select group" (Gray +) then choose one of the predefined selections - e.g. "all *.zip files not older than 2 days"
- Use "Pack" (Alt+F5) and choose TreeCopy plugin instead of default .zip.
It copies or moves (not packs) only selected files with the full structure of directories.
