Wishlist - enhanced FS plugin SDK

1. Support Ctrl+B branch view command

2. Support Ctrl+R refresh command.

3. Notify plugin when file is drag-dropped into plugin panel.

4. Allow separate "Goto" and "Open" commands (useful for virtual panel plugins, where a file in the panel is actually a pointer to a panel somewhere else.) - This request becomes moot if TC6 will support virtual folders <<fervently praying>>
