drag & drop file does not work on windows 10

TotalCmd version: 8.52 32bit
os: windows 10 pro 64bit
account: ms online account

I upgraded windows 7 to 10 and then clean installed windows 10.

I have a issue of totalcmd now.

drag & drop file from totalcmd to some programs does not work but from file explorer does.

programs : notepad, potplayer etc.

I think it does have something to do with permission.

any help?

D&D on 64bit TC works

D&D on 32bit TC does not work

The solution is simple: Don't run TC as administrator (elevated).

BTW: This question has been asked so many times that I don't believe that you didn't find anything prior to posting. In other words: I recommend to use the search function before posting.
