No, there is no such method for the button bar. As you know, in menu (*.mnu) file
TC help wrote:With the command HELP_BREAK you insert a break in the main menu. After that break, all menus will be right adjusted
But you can manually insert as much empty buttons as you want

Sorry, currently there is no way to align some buttons to the right side, you can only insert separators (-1 as a command) between buttons or line breaks (-2 as a command).

I used a stupid way to solve it:
Make a ico file with 48x48 and Completely transparent to filling toolbar

To create an empty button use

Command: NoCommand
Icon: NoIcon

Next you can copy&paste that Icon several times (in your case to the left of the last visible Icon, so that Icon went more and more to the right)

To my knowledge no dedicated separator allows to have a right alignment nor dynamic spacing. For bar with many buttons, the bar can be dispatched in multiple line. Adding space can be a good idea but if you resize the TC window none of the inserted space will expand nor reduce to gives you the wanted behavior.

On the menu, you can use help break to have right aligned for subsequent menu entries.
