When I use the "find text" function in the "find files" dialog box(Ctrl+F), it doesn't work! Firstly I try to find some keywords in the .srt file, doesn't work, then I try it on .txt file, still doesn't work. And I'm sure the keywords are in the files.
Where am I wrong?

Joeyy,
Well, Ctrl-F is the FTP Connection dialog.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Re: Trouble with "Find Text" Function
If your search text contains accents or other non-English characters, you may need to check "UTF-8" because srt files are often using UTF-8 encoding.

I redownloaded the srt files, now it worked! I don't know the reason. Actually I have checked "UTF-8" before, but doesn't work. Anyway thanks!ghisler(Author) wrote: ↑2018-09-24, 14:35 UTC If your search text contains accents or other non-English characters, you may need to check "UTF-8" because srt files are often using UTF-8 encoding.
