Im trying to Replace "_" in my photo file names, I have photos in folder with many subfolders, is it possible to search all "underscore"and replace with space?

Yes - with the Multi-Raname Tool (Ctrl+M) in either Branch view (Ctrl+B) of after a Search (Alt+F7) that you Feed to Listbox.
