TC freezed when operating excel files

Hi guys,
Sometime TC gives a freeze while operating excel files(like rename;pernaently delete;move ).
Anyone else have this problem?

It could be an antivirus or anti-ransomware software.

You could use the free tool "what is hang" to find out where it hangs:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/what_is_hang.html

Just send me the report for analysis.

According to the hang report, TC just waits for input in NtUserMsgWaitForMultipleObjectsEx. It doesn't give me any clue what it is waiting for...
