TC insists that I have unique files on the right side. The mark menu function says the 2 directories are identical. I tried deleting all the files on the right side and copying them from the left. It still insists that the right files are unique. I tried deleting all the files from the left and copying them from the right, and it still says the right are unique. A different file sync program gives the same result so I do not think it is a TC issue.
But what is it?

Re: Synchronization Trouble
Which settings exactly are you using in TC's Synchronize directories? Screenshot would be good (blur out or remove any sensitive data if necessary).

Re: Synchronization Trouble
Maybe there are hidden/system files? TC hides them by default, but the sync tool shows them.
