How to stop directory hotlist refreshing both windows

Hi,
I have been using google to find a solution to my problem but so far no joy. I love directory hot-list feature but every time I use it both windows are refreshed. How can I stop TC from refreshing both windows when I preform CTRL + D

Press Ctrl+D and choose "Configure..."
Select the menu item that you want to change in the list.
Remove the entry in the "Target path:" field at the bottom.

The next time you add a directory to the Directory hotlist, then make sure not to select the option "Also save the target dir" to avoid having boths windows refreshed for that menu item.
