Can't copy image from cell phone to pc

I can open the photos in directory Galaxy J3 Prime\phone\Dcim\camera but they will not copy to a local directory. Works fine in File Explorer.

This should work fine. What destination directory do you use? Make sure it's not restricted like c:\Program Files or c:\Windows.
