Hi,
I am new to Total Commander and am trying to find any documentation or a guide on how to run a boolean full text search across a whole network drive.
I've tried AND/OR in the 'Search For' field as well as using 'Plugins' tab, selecting 'Search in plugins'. However, I can't combine AND OR in one search. It has to be either or. Any help with this would be appreciated.
Thanks

Re: Cannot combine an AND OR Boolean search
Yes, your findings are correct; AND and OR can't be combined. But you should be able to create rule sets that don't require both boolean operators. If not, you can repeat the search with different parameters on the previous search results (feed to listbox, mark all files and call search again), making an AND operation eventually.

Much appreciated. I will give that a try.
