My day to screen is a laptop with a resolution of 1366x768 and the spacing and fonts within Commander is what I've become used to for years.
1366x768 Spacing

My question is how can I get the folder spacing and fonts to look the same as on my 1366x768 display (only within TC if it's at all possible and not the whole laptop display settings)
TIA

You should better show your settings for fonts, DPI and icons…

I agree - It looks like you have changed one or more of those setting in your https://pasteboard.co/IWawZ6T.jpg screenshotYou should better show your settings for fonts, DPI and icons…

Re: Help with TC spacing resolutions?
Sorry I should have said that the second screenshot was from a test machine. I haven't adjusted the settings on either machine. I just wondered if it was possible on a higher resolution display to have the same look and feel with TC as on a lower resolution screen.

So that's why we say: please show us screenshots of your Total Commander settings for Icons and for Font.
Of course you have - on the screenshot from the 1366x768 machine, you are obviously using an iconlib setting in your wincmd.ini to show special folder and file icons and on the screenshot from the 1920x1080 you have disabled the default setting of "Show default folder/file icons from Explorer".I haven't adjusted the settings on either machine
So that's why we say: please show us screenshots of your Total Commander settings for Icons and for Font.

Just adjust the tabs separately in each resolution and choose Configuration - Save settings.

Re: Help with TC spacing resolutions?
Thanks everyone. I now understand what's going on and have been tweaking the relevant settings and I'm now fully able to maintain my layout using a higher resolution display.
