By partial I mean, that TC version is incorrect still (the version is 9.5 not 9.51) and cloud plugin version differs between x86 and x64.

I didn't check User Agent string passed by TC, it was just a guess.
However, some browsers provide only major version (f.e. Firefox displays 52.0 also for 52.9), other provide only minor and minor version, without subversion, build etc. TC seems to use 9.5.1 rather than 9.51, so it passes 9.5 which is OK.

Cloud plugin version should fixed, you are right. I did report it in the proper topic:
