Annoyance in TC 9.51: background copy steals the focus!

Hi there,
I have a number of files and dirs queued up for background move from local HDD to a networked NAS.
File sizes vary between 15M and 250M.
Every time a file is moved (in the end there is a momentary "jam", I suppose TC is waiting for the NW cache to be flushed so the local file can be safely deleted), the background copy steals the focus!
By the time I wrote this up, I had to click in the browser window 5 times.
Very annoying because it also happens to do a user abort if I press a specific key while the focus is stolen.
Any ideas how to keep background copy/move really background? (without stealing focus?)
It's impossible to work like this.

To make things worse, it forces full screen DirectX games (at least DX8 and DX9) to get minimized!
Seems it makes the PC entirely useless until the background copy is finished - which, I think defeats the very idea of a background copy.
