How to replace the standard total commander "Main Menu"

Post by *tony01 »

Hi:
I have a new custom Main Menu file (MyTCMMenu.mnu) and I want to replace the standard Main Menu of Total commander, but I don't know how any ideas?
Where is the place that I can tell TC to use my new Main Menu file (MyTCMMenu.mnu)?

Thanks in advance.

"Configuration" -> "Options..." -> "Language" -> "Main menu file"

Notice that if you later change your Language, then the Main menu for that language will be inserted in the "Main menu file" field.

If you make a copy of your language file and name it wcmd_MyTCMenu_XXX.lng and name your menu file wcmd_MyTCMenu_XXX.mnu where XXX is the abbreviation for your language, then you can change to your menu file just by choosing wcmd_MyTCMenu_XXX.lng in the language list.
