Synchronize directories MUST be confirmed when exit

Hello,

I've been trying to sync directories and spent at least one hour figuring out what goes where, when accidentally clicking on the X button on the top right corner and boom everything is gone. Please add a confirmation menu before exiting! Thank you and have a nice day

This is already done for the ESC key - it is ignored when you change at least one thing in the synchronize dirs list. It's not done for the X button, though.
