Command line to view text file
I'm trying to create a Windows shortcut that will open a text file using the Total Commander viewer. Does Total Commander have a command line switch to support that?
Re: Command line to view text file
- Open Help
- go to Configuration and Switches > Command line parameters
- - - read >> "Start Lister directly, pass file name to it .. . . ."
That?
There are quit some examples posted in the forum.
Do you need more help?

Re: Command line to view text file
Yes, please have a look at the help, section 4a. The base parameter to launch the viewer is /S=L, but it has many more options like choosing how to view the file.
