Why do you want to disable this warning? It tells you that some temporary files extracted by TC are still running and can't be deleted by TC. Does it appear too often?

This warning is shown when either
- you have opened an archive inside an archive
- opened, viewed or edited a file from an archive, plugin, or ftp connection

You should close the inner archive or the viewed file first.
