How to copy all settings to another PC?

Hi folks,

I've customized TC exactly how i want it, including my own custom ico. buttons at the top.

Now i've got a second computer and i want to have this exact same config and look of TC on this new computer.

I tried just copying the entire install folder to comp #2, but that doesn't do it.

Could anyone tell me the correct and complete way to do this?
