Question about duplicates/singles: not only in Sync Dirs, but in Listview too?

Post by *wanderer »

In Sync Dirs window, there are two buttons, Duplicates and Singles. Is there perhaps a command that can achieve the same result in the main window (show only duplicates or singles)?

I use these commands in my extended menus - maybe they will do what you want

Code: Select all

[em_ext_show_duplicates]
cmd=cm_SelectAllBoth,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_FocusTrg,cm_GoToFirstEntry,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_ShowOnlySelected,cm_ClearAll,cm_FocusTrg,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_ShowOnlySelected,cm_ClearAll
menu=Show only files and folders that exist in both windows
button=wcmicons.dll,73

[em_ext_show_non_duplicates]
cmd=cm_SelectAllBoth,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_FocusTrg,cm_GoToFirstEntry,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_ExchangeSelBoth,cm_ShowOnlySelected,cm_ClearAll,cm_FocusTrg,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_ExchangeSelBoth,cm_ShowOnlySelected,cm_ClearAll
menu=Hide files and folders that exist in both windows
button=wcmicons.dll,73

[em_ext_select_duplicates]
cmd=cm_SelectAllBoth,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_FocusTrg,cm_GoToFirstEntry,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_FocusTrg,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip
menu=Mark files and folders that exist in both windows
button=wcmicons.dll,72

[em_ext_select_non_duplicates]
cmd=cm_SelectAllBoth,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_FocusTrg,cm_GoToFirstEntry,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_CopyNamesToClip,cm_ExchangeSelBoth,cm_FocusTrg,cm_ClearAll,cm_LoadSelectionFromClip,cm_ExchangeSelBoth
menu=Mark files and folders that does not exist in both windows
button=wcmicons.dll,72
Notice that the two first commands (em_ext_show_duplicates, em_ext_show_non_duplicates) are only in effect until TC looses focus - just like the cm_ShowOnlySelected command on which they are based.
