Delete-Dialog: question mark ?, counting Out of Range?

I deleted a big folder; and it looks like there is some overflow. I use the Dutch language. Translated TC shows something like "Totally used space: ?1.417.567.567 bytes in ?21.590 files". Are both the ? due to overflow or can I change the setting from e.g. bytes into Kbytes? Or is this a small error?

This happens while TC is still counting the files and their sizes.
