Show current directory and the locked directory

Post by *aburnett »

in TC 10 there is a new feature that says:
For locked folder tabs with directory changes allowed, show both the current directory and the locked directory if they are different
¿Where is the option to enable this? ¿Where on the screen are both directories displayed?

Hi,
HISTORY.TXT wrote:18.03.21 Release Total Commander 10.00 public beta 2
17.03.21 Added: Folder tabs: For locked tabs with directory changes allowed,
show both the current directory and the locked directory if they are different (32/64)
A TOOLTIP is displayed when you point to the tab, locked but directory changes allowed, with the cursor.
A directory other than the locked one must be selected first.

22.10.20 Added: Folder tabs with option "locked but directory changes allowed":
Show "!" prefix when current dir differs from locked dir, e.g. !*windows (32/64)
Two paths are displayed in the tooltip, namely
- line above: the current path for this tab, locked, but directory changes allowed (if you click on the tab) -> current directory
- line below: the path of the tab, locked, but directory changes allowed (if you click on the tab and then on ' \ ') -> locked directory

Important:
You should switch to an inactive tab and only then point with the cursor to such a tab, locked, but directory changes allowed to see the tooltip.
This means that the tooltip cannot be displayed immediately for the active tab in the respective TC window(!).
