Resume FXP

there seems to be no resume button when doing ftp to ftp transfers. only skip and overwrite. please add resume. also a last file speed display would be awesome. thanks.

Resume isn't currently supported because the sizes of source and target may not be available.

maybe check how FlashFXP handles the resume. its the one feature that would be super handy for work.
