In not have any Swap File but System Information report: temp., [size] k max.

It doesn't matter what is the current pagefile size, the system reports only if this size can be changed.
This info is passed by the system, and the function which generate this info comes from Win 3x/9x times. Now it's a little bit misleading rather than wrong - the function in almost all cases reports temporary swap file (with variable size, from zero to max size), as the system may ignore improper values set by user.
