TC 9.5rc1 - Dark menus off-on-off - no size restore

We need: TC 9.50 rc1 + Windows 7 + Classic theme

To do:
1. Start TC with disabled dark mode (or clean ini, no diffrence)
2. Click new menu item "dark<>normal" twice
3. All menus are much bigger now until restart

Switching to dark mode changes the menu to owner drawn. This is kept when you switch back to normal mode. You only notice this when disabling all images in menus, because TC uses owner drawn menus for images too.

Just some perfectionism talks inside...
