[Solved] View Mode icons shown with wrong background color in main menu in dark mode

In Dark mode the Icons in the menu: "Show" -> "Custom View Modes" are shown with the wrong background color, when the Background for the View Mode is set to default. See: http://madsenworld.dk/tcmd/viewmodemenudark.png - here "<Standard>", "Folder", "Totalcmd" and "No .br2" all have background set to default.

12.08.20 Fixed: Main menu, Show - Custom view modes: in dark mode, the background color was wrong for entries without their own list background color (32/64)
