[Solved] Association for last item in Listers "Define view method by file type" gets deleted.

This only affects the 64bit version of TC 9.51.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure that there are 3 or more items in Listers "Configuration..." -> "Multimedia" -> "Define view method by file type" dialog.
2. Check the default view mode setting for the last item in the list by clicking "Edit" and "OK".
3. Click "OK" again to go back to the "Define view method by file type" dialog.
4. Make sure the cursor is NOT on the last or the second to last item.
5. Click "Add", enter any file type and click "OK"
6. Choose any default view mode and click "OK".
7. Now check the last item in the "Define view method by file type" dialog again - the default view mode for that item is now DELETED!

Can be reproduced with a clean ini file (after adding 3 items in the "Define view method by file type" list

Confirmed fixed in TC 10 b1a

Also nice that the methods is now shown in the list
