Cursor color changing

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Cursor color is changed to default while using search mode (Ctrl+S).

To be more clear, the cursor just disappears when the focus goes to the search box, it doesn't get inactive as it is in the second panel.

This is intentional to show that the focus is now in the quick search edit box. It has always been like this. It should tell the users that not all hotkeys are working, or that they have a different function.
