Did you try the latest beta version for ARM/XSCALE processors? It loads the network functions dynamically because they are missingh on some Windows Mobile devices:

You should first try the PocketPC version, and if it fails, the Windows CE version.

Thank you for the fast reply.

Sorry, not working. :(
I downloaded all version from your link.
The windows say:"The application cannot run on this device type.
Please install the application specific to this device type."

Strange........ :?:

Try unpacking the CAB file on your PC, then rename the largest file to cecmd.exe and transfer it to your device manually.

I unpacked from all CAB files to the largest file, and I renamed to "cecmd.exe", after this I uploaded to my PNA, but the windows told in all case:
" 'cecmd.exe' is not a valid Windows CE application."

What the hell.......... :?:

I tested all cecmd.exe on Windows CE 5.0 emulator, but I also got the same error message:
" 'cecmd.exe' is not a valid Windows CE application."

There is a working version for windows ce?

Apparently your version of CE is lacking a few functions.

Can you please try the following program:
https://plugins.ghisler.com/cebeta3/standardsdk/testce2.zip

It will tell you which functions were not found.

Sorry, I must have deleted it! I have recompiled it now for Windows CE 2.11 or later, so it should work with all CE based systems as well as all PocketPC and Windows Mobile based systems with ARM processor. Please tap on the screen in the test tool, and write here what functions are reported as missing. Thanks!

Well..... I have a very blunt Windows CE version on my PNA. :-(
The test result:

-CopyFileExW
-WNetAddConnection3W
-WNetCloseEnum
-WNetEnumResourceW
-WNetOpenEnumW

There is chance to use TC on my PNA?

Exactly these 5 functions are loaded dynamically in TC/Pocket 2.5 Beta 3, but not in older versions - so beta 3 should definitely work on your device!

Therefore I don't currently see any reason why the WinCE version (not the PocketPC version!) for ARM processors shouldn't run on your device, sorry.
