BUG -- Folders are not sorted

Post by *trids »

Tapping on the column headers for "Name/Ext", and "Size", and "Date/Time" changes the sort order for files okay, but does not affect the sort order for folders.

Please sort the folders too, even though you might still group them all above any files that are listed.

:) Hello !

Configuration >> Options >> Display>>
----Sorting directories----
(•) Always by name      ( ) Like files (also by time)
- If needed, add the INI entry:
SortDirExt=1
¤ Re-enables sorting of directories by extension (if sorting directories by name above is turned off).

Thanks Claude, but I can't find this in the Pocket version.

Is there a registry setting maybe? Or am I just completely lost?

:) Oups ! Sorry, I landed in that section by mistake (a Katmouse bad joke !).
- Well, I don't hold a Pocket, but the similar options seem needed, of course…

Ah that explains why I couldn't find it then -- no problem
:wink:

Hopefully Christian will see this and include it in the next release.
