Bluetooth is already supported now, both with Microsoft and Qualcom stack! Maybe your device uses some other 3rd party Bluetooth software?

It depends on the vendor. Is there any vendor name shown when you go to the bluetooth settings in the system configuration?

Difficult to say whether it supports the Microsoft or Widcomm/Qualcom stack or not. Apparently TC cannot 'see' the stack.
