Open Internet Explorer, browse any webpage, enter to WebBrowser catalog, enter to corresponding folder, copy webpage screenshot to your filesystem.

- Replace the file-name (automatic number) with the comment (or with parts of the comment if there is "application - filename")
Download new version http://decget.narod.ru/decClipboardFS.rar , select a necessary format, change "Format file name" on "%COMMENT%.ext" (f.e. Jpeg.jpg -> %COMMENT%.jpg)

For jpeg and png comments are already stored in a file.

Hello Dec

thank you again. I could make a quick test:

- Webbrowser function:
Yes, now I understand.

- Comment as Filename:
I think that it works.

- Comment to file properties in png and jpg:
I found the existing ones, and they are neutral (TC 7.02, author, ..). Maybe you can add the function to write "your comment in plugin" into the "comment in file properties"?

For jpeg comments are copied in tag ImageDescription (010E). For png comments are copied in Title zTXt chunk.

Hello Dec

quick reply after quick test.

Nice function - works fine!

Suggestion:
- Add more coordinates: "Right" and "bottom" (?) too
- make the zoom factor of the detail-view-window (?) configurable
- the position and the size of the rectangle should be stored from one print-command until the next (configurable: "use the settings of the last capture / use the settings taken from configuration")
- not important: make colour, linetype and width of the rectangle configurable

Edit:
- add the function to draw the rectangle with the pressed left-mouse button (standard function for selecting an area in CAD and other viewers)
Best regards

Peter

Print screen selection is very useful. It works fine. Thanks. :D
Only one unpleasant thing:
- the same picture is always twice in the history

I have two 19" screens, both 1280x1024 (together 2560x1024). I can move all programms (all windows) across both screens. But the rectangle used by "selection capture" appears allways on my left screen and I can not move it to the right screen. Although when I display TC on the right screen and start the selection-capture, it appears on the left screen.

Other functions work fine on both screens.
