bug: when I receive mail (cache enabled) it goes to cache. I dowload mail with some other mail client and when I receive new mail and when I tried to see it with viewer I see old mail from cache. New mail is only visible when cache folder is cleared. I guess that problem is with prefix numbers.

I have update plugin to v. 0.991a Bug with some XP styles is fixed, also bug with Esc hotkey fixed too, i hope.
About file caching bug: it was my stupid error. I have removed a working code for debugging, and have forgotten to return it back. Please test, how it work now.

There is no problem diagnostics, i.e. it is impossible to establish the error reasons. It will be possible in next version.

Yes, sometimes i see that "mysterious shadow" too. I have noticed, that she appears only if XP styles enabled (usually I do not use them). So, i think, i catch it, but I don't know, whether I can correct it (it seems like Windows or VCL bug).

About fantom shadows.
I have searched for the description of this bug, and have found some interesting discussions. This bug is known in win2k3/xp, but its reasons are unknown (so it unknown how it can be fixed). The most simple way to get rid from phantom shadows - disable an option "Show shadows under menus" in "Effects" dialog of screen properties window.

v. 0.99b1 available to download. Changes:

* Some interface fixes.
+ Connection timeout option.
+ Problems diagnostic (POP3: output to TC FTP panel; SMTP: output to own dialog);
+ Message sending progress dialog.

I think, it can be named the beta-version because error diagnostics is added, and it will allow to speed up a bug catching.
After updated translations receiving, this plugin will be distributed on popular TC sites (that more users have taken part in testing).

After sending a mail, could it be possible to either have a dialog saying "Message send" or simply just close the "Create message" window? - I ended up having sent the same message 10 times, because nothing indicated that a message had been sent.

First there is ončy error window and after second attempt to send there is mesage smpt connection error: already connected and totail mail window is not responding at all. it can't be closed or even moved until TC is closed (only way to close it is with esc.)

I had the same problem in the start, but after fiddeling with the setup I could suddenly sen. Don't know what made that happen though.
