I only asked, cause often people forget about this when they configure their mail programs or... want to use it when they don't need it.

I know, that the mail sending bugs still are present, but it required a lot of time to fix all of them. Therefore I post the link to the new plugin alpha, which can send messages trough Blat mailer (www.blat.net). Blat supports a lot of debugging options, and can save the detailed logfiles. Therefore, if you will fail to send messages through Blat, you can look at its logs, and find problem. See plugin readme and Blat documentation to get more information.

And one more: please, do not distribute this version, it is not public release! Use it only for testing.

I have tried using both an account that requires SMTP authentification ("Own settings"), and one that doesn't require SMTP authentification - both works fine.

If I try to use my gmail smtp settings. the mails doesn't get through - but I don't get any errors when sending when using gmail smtp.

EDIT: My gmail smtp did'nt work with my normal email client either - gmail seems to a temporary problem.

Ok I won't put it on totalcmd.pl, now.
I will send the Polish translation when the public version will be ready.

When I send an email using the plugin, the time is set one hour ahead (e.g. I send it at 17:13 and it is stamped 18:13) - could that be fixed ?

Only receiving messages from GMail supported at this time, GMail SMTP isn't implemented yet.

Same here, and it last about a week or more. So, i couldn't test GMail SMTP even if it will be added.
I will send the Polish translation when the public version will be ready.
Ok and thank you.

Ok, it seems as plugin problem.

Try to do following:
1) Download http://wincmd.ru/files/MailDemo.rar (~350 kb). Here is Indy mailer demo, which MUST work in any way.
2) Try to setup this client and send messages through it. If all seems ok, then it is plugin problems, and i will fix it. If you will get any troubles - then it is Indy problems.

Anyway, it will help me find problem.

No problem with MailDemo, but still no luck with TCmail itself.
