I've not tried SVNDetails with TC 7.5 yet. As soon as I'm back from vacation, I'll perform some tests...

Windows XP Professional SP3, all patched up, with .NET 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5 SP1, ...

I think I'm using SVNDetails 2.00 but how can you tell? I removed the plugin, removed the files, reinstalled and the custom column seems to work all right still.

Hi,

I got also this problem.

Windows XP
Total Commander 32bit
SVNDetails Version 2.00

Error while loading plugin file!
The plugin probably needs some DLLs missing on your system.

Best regards

Perhaps this:
Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86)
is missing?

new column 'short URL'

Post by *yymsc »

Hi,

first let me say thank you for this great plugin!
But there was one thing missing: a short URL column showing only the URL without the hostname. I added this column, and if you want I can send you the modified source code.

thanks,
yymsc

I appreciate your help! If you're interested in extending SVNDetails, please register at SourceForge.net and send me a short PM with your username. I'll add you to the list of developers then...

Just some wild guesses:

- Installing SVNDetails in a portable TC installation may not work if the host computer has no TortoiseSVN installation?

- TortoiseSVN is installed as x64 version while SVNDetails needs the 32Bit version?

- You did not create and activate "user defined columns" for SVNDetails?

Regards

Thanks to OSS there was no problem to recompile using these external dependencies

Code: Select all

http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/branches/1.6.x/src/Utils r22093
http://tortoisesvn.googlecode.com/svn/branches/1.6.x/src/TSVNCache r22093
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/apr/apr/trunk/include r1177309
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/subversion/trunk/subversion/include r1177309
Installation of the Microsoft Redistributable package is no longer necessary as I compiled with /MT switch.
Download: wdx_SVNDetails.zip
TC plugins: Autodesk 3ds Max / Inventor / Revit Preview, FileInDir, ImageMetaData (JPG Comment/EXIF/IPTC/XMP), MATLAB MAT-file Viewer, Mover, SetFolderDate, Solid Edge Preview, Zip2Zero and more

thein, thanks a lot for this great plugin.
Since MS decided to remove special columns in Vista/W7 I missed my SVN columns in TC very much in my W7 box.
You just made my day!
But it's a little bit tricky to find this plugin. Maybe it should be listed at ghisler.com...

installed latest version. It works as before for 32bit, but doesn't show any revision number, Porperty text and author text for 64bit. Only info it shows is [=svndetails.SVN Text Status], but info it shows is wrong (compared to TortoiseSVN and 32bit version of the plugin)
