I don't mind that someone has picked my work and continuing the development, it is a LGPL license.

But I regret nobody has contacted me before forking it on totalcmd.net which causes nothing but confusion to the users, as still old version is listed on the very top of the page.

dllee: I will try to contact totalcmd.net maintainer to see if he can attach the old plugin to your account, so you may remove the new fork and continue working on the old plugin keeping download stats and position on top list.

P.S. The reason I was totally not aware of what's going on aside nobody has drop me any mail regarding that, is that now I am Mac user since 2007, so I have very little to do with Windows and TotalCmd - even it is still great software.

Thanks for picking up this project and continuing the development.

However just for sake of not creating confusion to the totalcmd.net users I would recommend to not forking the project on totalcmd.net (as it is now). Therefore I sent message (copy below) to totalcmd.net maintainer Flint asking him to grant you rights to continue working on the original project.

So please I would be grateful if you can handle this with Flint, and update original project removing the new forked one. Once again, I appreciate you are willing to continue the development, I think the all TC community will be glad.

Possible automatic crc check after compressing, like as built in zip compressor?

TC/Command/Synchronize directories/Compare function not working if "by content" is checked with .7z archives. Possible solved this problem? With built in zip compressor compare by content is works with zip files.

i killed the protection myself and tested the flag, and there was no issue with any plugins, extensions, shell menu's or general ttlcmd operations.

        remark: the maximum password size is 64 unicode characters.
 - New: before pack/delete files to/from a packed file, check if it contains digital signature,
        if the packed file contains digital signature, a dialog box will pop-up to confirm the actions.
 - New: add 104 translation ID for digital signature warning dialog box. (can use \n for line break)

Note: If you already save your password in 7zip.ini, please backup 7zip.ini before update the plugin. Directly install the plugin will reset 7zip.ini including password.
And for compatible to old version, this new version can read the password from old 7zip.ini, and save to encryption format, if you configure 7zip plugin again.

Those features you want are also my needs.
But... those features need TC support. (I tried to work on plugin side, but not work)
Currently, 7Zip plugin and Total7Zip can only searching text in packed files and this feature is also done by TC. because wcx plugin can only
1. Open/Close Archive
2. Unpack files from Archive
3. Pack files to Archive
4. Delete files from Archive
5. ...
most of jobs are done by TC, not the plugins.
I do hope ghisler(Author) will add those features you request to TC...
or let 7z to be a TC build-in supported packed format, like zip.
