In the version 5.2.250 you wrote:

removed initial visibility of editor's horz splitter. Now, to split editor, use tab header's popup menu.

But using the tab header's popup menu enables only vertical splitting.

Is there another way to split window horizontally?

Yes- use popup menu of SPLITTER itself

Thanks, it is fine that it even remembers the mode of splitting (horizontal or vertical) for the future use.

I thing that your editor will be the best on the world (if it is yet not).

I find a little problem on redraw of status bar on last version (some versions) of SynWrite: when I maximize the SynWrite window the status bar remain white and it is redrawn correctly only when I click in the text in the main synwrite window. This not happen always, but maybe depend if it is open more synwrite windows. I have TC 8.01 x32 on winXP.

Also want to ask it it will be possible to reduce the height of the status bar, like in the versions before restyle?

1) stautsbar draw: seems fixed in beta? I don't see it.
2) make status smaller: some effort needed. Tried fast , it doesn't change.

All skins (from skins folder too) are selectable from Options dialog.
