Could someone put copy this plugin somewhere (latest version 0.10) because the link on the first post is still not working. I would be interested to test it.

@tbeu Thanks for the link but I had already found this link but I was not sure if it was the last release (0.10). With this version I can install it but when I tried to create a new connection It hangs when I click on accept.

Edit:
I just found that when I click on accept it redirect to

Clicking "Accept" will redirect you to:
http://brooksman.net/oauth2callback

so I guess there is no way to creat a new connection in this plugin if the above site is down.

Sadly, it seems this plugin doesn't work with 64bit TC.
It's not even allowed to install the plugin, since the architecture is 32bit.
There hasn't been any updates since Jan 2013. I hope the development hasn't died forever?

Does the plugin work through a proxy, please? I have it set in my Internet Explorer settings correctly. Upon trying to connect using the plugin I get an empty "Login Dialog" window.

I remember the developer said that the plugin needs to pass thru his server during authentication as his server is dead there is no way for google to authenticate people using this wfx,

Why does the plugin communicates with https://brooksman.net website constantly?
- There are two reasons for it:
(1) The plugin is implemented as Google “web application” and not as “installed application”. Google authorization mechanism is complicated (this is why not so many extensions were developed up until now), I guess it is great, because it protects user credentials and allows revoking application permissions, but it is a nightmare for developers. I tried to implement it as “installed application”, but I didn’t succeeded to make it work without locally installed web-server (Windows 7 includes local web- server by default, but I didn’t wanted to count on it and many people disable it). The drawback of being a “web application” is that part of the communication is done against application web-server.
(2) Core logic of this plugin is intended to be used inside commercial cloud-storage service I am working on and I am planning to embed part of it inside TC plugin as well. Basic Google Drive TC plugin will always stay free of course.

even if another developer would continue work on this plugin he'd need to setup a dedicated server and make some sort of a deal with google.
This plugin might be useful in a private corporate environment but not as a free service.

well it didn't work for me a few months ago and I just removed it, don't really use google drive, still the need for an active server in the middle is a down side.
...will reinstall and retry it.

ps. now his home page is down, it was working yesterday?
well as the author wrote this plugin was developed for corporate inhouse use.

The plugin has been removed from totalcmd.net (The homepage hosting it is down) but the copy on wincmd.ru is still available.
Now the plugin works it didn't for quite some time, but as the author removed his homepage and the zip I'm not sure for how long it will work.

It would be cool to hear from akopalsky about the future of his plugin.
